Banquet Table Hosts are individuals committed to filling a table with eight (8) guests who are wiling to support the project financially. Click the button to register as a Table Host for the evening.

What are my responsibilities prior to the banquet?
Invite friends to be guests at your table with the invitations provided or using the email invite. Be sure to inform them that this is a fundraiser and we are asking them to make a donation to help remodel Eden House as a safe haven for women rescued from human trafficking.

Upon receipt of your host packet, begin inviting to the banquet. We will assign you a table when your guest list is submitted. You are required to fill eight (8) seats at your table. We ask that you submit your completed guest list online no later than Thursday, May 1st. Once your guest list is submitted any available seats at your table will be filled by the committee. Be sure that your guests are committed to attending the banquet. If they are unable to attend, please find someone to fill their seats.

What are my responsibilities during the banquet?

Please arrive at the banquet by 6:30pm to greet your guests as they arrive. Each guest will receive a giving card to be filled out during the financial challenge. Please provide guidance to your guests as needed.

We ask that you pray for your guests, the volunteers, and speakers. Ask for God’s blessing on this event and that we will surpass our goals in order to remodel Eden House! Our fundraising goal is $130,000. Please remind your guests that they will be asked to contribute financially on the evening of the banquet.

The sooner you complete and return your guest list, the sooner we will make your table assignment. Your table assignment is NOT based on when you commit to host a table but upon when you return your completed guest list.
